The Vendor-Agnostic
Orchestration Platform
for Robot-Friendly Buildings.
Nexsoss binds robot fleets, lifts, doors, dispensers and building systems into one coordinated control layer — so tasks run from trigger to completion without staff intervention.
One Request,
Every System Coordinated.
A guest requests fresh towels. Voice AI, task systems, multiple robot fleets, amenity dispensers, lifts and room controls respond in real time — with zero human intervention. Nexsoss is the only place they meet.
See the platform run against a property like yours.
Automation Bought.
Coordination Missing.
Buying more robots without an orchestration layer creates a second operational problem on top of the labour shortages they were meant to solve.
Operational Friction
To counter labour shortages, properties add robots — but disjointed fleets end up fighting for corridor space and lifts, forcing staff to chaperone stuck machines.
Fragmented Visibility
Teams jump between isolated vendor dashboards, fragmenting visibility into real-time task progress. Tracking performance or troubleshooting quickly becomes guesswork.
High Integration Costs
Hardware updates trigger custom re-engineering. Adding or replacing a robot means steep upfront costs and operational downtime instead of plug-and-play setup.
Each autonomous system speaks its own language. Lifts don’t talk to robots; robots don’t talk to operational systems. Nexsoss acts as the air traffic control that turns fragmented hardware into one coordinated workforce.
Middleware That
Prevents Lock-In.
The universal interoperability layer between your physical building infrastructure and everything moving through it.
Vendor Independence & Future-Proofing
We don’t build robots — we orchestrate them. Mix and match robot brands freely across your property, and upgrade or expand the fleet without rewriting lift integrations or replacing underlying IT infrastructure.
Built Natively on Open-RMF
Nexsoss is built on Open-RMF, an open industry standard for interoperability between robots and buildings, so it stays compatible with the lifts, doors and systems you run today. The Nexsoss adapter library and hospitality workflow engine handle the day-to-day operational logic on top.
Vertical Mobility & Access
Robots call lifts and open doors for themselves, so they move between floors without a staff escort. Nexsoss connects directly to the control systems of the major lift and door manufacturers, so it works with the lifts and doors already installed.
Enterprise High Availability
Built for live operations. Isolated faults in any connected system — a robot, a lift integration, a third-party platform — never halt the wider operation. If the control layer drops, lifts and doors revert to standard building operation: guests are never affected by a software fault.
A Control Layer Between
Your Software & Physical Infrastructure.
Instead of stitching together isolated point integrations, Nexsoss provides a central orchestration layer that translates between operational systems, automation fleets and building controls.
Nexsoss Interoperability Layer
The core platform receives events from operational systems, applies orchestration logic, and coordinates downstream actions across robots, lifts, doors and task platforms.
Built for Live Properties
Nexsoss makes the automation and infrastructure you already own behave like one coordinated workforce — without replacing a single machine.
Retain freedom to adopt different hardware and software providers as your property needs evolve.
Turn lifts, doors and access systems into connected operational assets rather than fixed barriers.
Track what triggered the task, how it was routed and when it completed — through a single control layer.
Configuration,
Not Custom Engineering.
Deploy onto live properties without lift downtime or guest disruption, using pre-built adapter frameworks.
Connect
Existing adapters bind to your fleets, lift controllers, door systems and task platforms — without hardware replacement.
Configure
Declare floor permissions, priority routing rules and escalation paths in simple configuration — not custom code.
Validate
Run end-to-end task cycles in shadow mode to verify lift handovers, dispatch rules and safety fallbacks before live cutover.
Operate
Go live with full event traceability. Add new robot brands or expand to new floors without revisiting base integrations.
Deployment timeline: measured in weeks, not quarters. Standardised connectors eliminate bespoke development cycles — and because adapters are reused, onboarding the next property is a repeatable rollout, not a new engineering project.
One Layer,
Every Endpoint.
Connect across endpoint categories using standard hardware and software adapter frameworks — by category, not by brand.
Robot Fleets
- Room delivery & amenity runners
- Floor-care & cleaning units
- Back-of-house logistics
- Security & patrol robots
Building Infrastructure
- Lift banks & destination control
- Automated & access-controlled doors
- Zone permissions & corridor access
- Automated dispensers & vending
Operational Systems
- Task management systems
- In-room voice assistants
- Smart GRMS & room triggers
- CCTV & video AI feeds
Standardised Integration
Onboard new fleets, lifts and management platforms in weeks through a unified adapter engine — not a bespoke engineering project. Specific integration coverage is shared during evaluation.
Software That Controls
Occupied Buildings.
We command physical infrastructure in properties full of guests — treating security and safety as core architectural constraints.
Fail-Safe by Default
If orchestration is unreachable, lifts, doors and access systems revert immediately to standard building operation. Guests and staff are never dependent on Nexsoss being online.
Data Minimisation
Nexsoss orchestrates tasks and machine telemetry. Running a delivery workflow requires no guest profiles, folio details or PMS payment data — we do not collect what we do not need.
Full Audit Trail
Every lift call, access grant and dispatch decision is timestamped and logged. Operators can reconstruct exactly what happened, and why, for any task.
Network Segregation
Building control traffic stays strictly isolated from guest networks, using scoped endpoint credentials and encrypted transport throughout. Deployment patterns are reviewed with your IT and security teams.
The Indispensable Brain of
the Modern Building.
“Connectivity should not be an add-on — it must be the foundation. We build the infrastructure that allows robots, systems and people to work together seamlessly, agnostic of system age or brand.”
Hotels are among the most demanding environments for automation: 24/7 operations, guest safety, legacy lifts and multi-vendor hardware that was never designed to cooperate. Solving hospitality first gives us the blueprint to extend into hospitals, senior living, airports, commercial towers and large managed facilities.

Help Build the Layer
Robot-Friendly Buildings Run On.
Nexsoss is a small, early-stage team solving one of the harder problems in physical-world automation — getting robots, lifts, doors and operational systems to cooperate in real buildings, in real time. We don’t have open roles listed today, but that will change as we grow.
Robotics & Orchestration
Open-RMF, fleet dispatch logic, real-time deconfliction, and the systems that keep multiple robot fleets coordinated across a live property.
Systems & Integration
Lift controllers, access systems, task management platforms — the adapter layer that lets Nexsoss speak to hardware and software it doesn’t control.
Commercial & Partnerships
Working directly with hotel groups and automation vendors to bring properties onto a coordinated orchestration layer.
